In 2004, Jaison was awarded an athletic scholarship to the University of Oregon. There, he received a Bachelor of Science Fine Arts degree. He also received a Business Minor degree during his tenure. Not be out done by his academic prowess, Jaison excelled on the football field as well. As a three year starter. He accumulated record setting stats in yardage and receptions. A total that cemented his contributions in the Oregon Ducks history books. During Jaison’s tenure at University of Oregon, he actively participated in multiple football uniform redesigns. This opportunity made his career goals apparent, as he put his passion for sport and design on full display. In 2009, Jaison earned the opportunity to play football professionally apart of the Washington Football franchise but his career was unfortunately cut short due to injuries sustained during his collegiate career. As one door closed another door opened. After half a year serving as an apparel and footwear retail specialist, the relationships he created and maintained from college earned Jaison the opportunity to begin his design career as a design apprentice to Tinker Hatfield in the Innovation Kitchen at Nike World Headquarters. His role and responsibilities were special projects and ideation such as special projects for the University of Oregon, celebrity one of one Footwear, and various NFL projects. In that year, Jaison became even more proficient with Adobe software. The tools and knowledge acquired during his tenure in the Innovation Kitchen manifested into a Graphic Design career in the US Sports category at Nike handling NCAA, NFL and Branded Football projects. In 2017, after sharpening his skills for 8 years at Nike, Adidas came knocking he answered. Accepting a role where he serves as lead apparel and graphic designer for Adidas’ football category. Leading innovation, and storytelling strategies for NCAA, and grassroots Apparel design.
